The Chesapeake Climate Action Network (CCAN) is holding the 8th Annual Polar Bear Plunge on Jan. 26 at National Harbor. It will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Plunge is CCAN's fundraising event, and the proceeds will go to projects that encourage a transition to green energy. The Baltimore Free Store will be holding a Free Market event at the Roosevelt Rec. Center on Jan. 26.
