Marvel Universe Live show is one of the hottest tickets in DC this week. With all of its special effects and spectacular stunts, the Marvel universe arrives at the Verizon Center tonight at 7:30 pm. Yesterday, they were putting some future recruits to test in regards to their super hero potential at the Richard England Clubhouse, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, DC.

Kids, from ages 5 - 10, had the opportunity to visit with the cast of Marvel Universe Live yesterday evening. Soon after, the children were treated to special skill test to see who had the right stuff to be a Marvel character. One of the cast members Kirk Jenkins (from Warrenton, Virginia) was excited about sharing his time with the kids and inspiring them to dream big.

"I always wanted to participate in a show like Marvel Universe Live. While still in Virginia, I saw the audition announcement, went to Los Angeles to tryout and now I play Wolverine in one of the most exciting shows in the world" - Kirk Jenkins.

Marvel Universe will appear in the greater DC area for two weeks at the following venues:

Verizon Center
September 4 – 7

Patriot Center
September 12 – 21

Ticket prices start at $20.00
