Marvel's MAX line has enthralled paper readers for years with intense, adult-oriented stories, but until now the constantly growing number of digital readers haven't been able to get in on the awesome, M-rated action.
Yesterday, Newsarama reported that Marvel is making some of their MAX titles available to users of the uber-popular comic book app, ComiXology, and they are definitely high caliber books. Eleven issues of Jason Aaron's fantastic "PunisherMAX", the "PunisherMAX: X-Mas Special", eight issues of the ongoing "Fury MAX" book and the first two issues of the ongoing "Wolverine MAX" series are all available for purchase.
While some of the older titles -- such as Garth Ennis' seminal run on "Punisher MAX" or "Supreme Power" -- aren't available at the moment, readers have a couple of fantastic books to choose from to fulfill their digital comic needs. ComiXology is free to download and has thousands of comics to choose from, so definitely give it a try!
Just remember, Marvel MAX books are not for kids!
