"The Green Goblin” aka “Norman Osborn” one of Spider-man first villains. In our world "Barack Obama and John McCain" are up for the leader of the free world. America is introduced to “John McCain's” running mate, former governor of Alaska "Sarah Louise Palin." Out pops, in true marvel style a new player “Victoria Hand.“ Both women play second banana to a man who is seen as the dark side of politics. "McCain's" war mongering and steadfastness on the campaign trail, he present himself as a patriot. Meanwhile "Fox news" and pundits like "Rush Limbaugh" use fear to paint “Barack Obama” as a non-American, evil, Muslim, villain trying to bring down America.

In our world American politics takes a dark turn as the Republicans distance themselves from "Bush" and create the fiction that is Still felt today that the president Elect “Barack Obama” is not even American. Now the roles changes as in “Fallen son the death of "Captain America" mirrors the political death of " G.W. Bush " he becomes “Captain America” and is sacrificed for the benefit of republican party. In the “Marvel universe” we see Captain America Martyred in the "Fallen Son" story arc to make way for "Norman Osborn. Obama and the his party are now cast as the "New Avengers" and “Obama” is now cast as"Luke Cage" and the democrats as his team fighting against the powers that be.

We Come to the end of “Avengers.vs.X-Men.” both side leave the world destroyed as they fight over who is best for the world. The Democrats fight the Republicans for our country and its future, both sides wanting to prove whose ideology will be best for the American people. In the real world as in the comic the true loser in these battles are the common man. We come full circle to "Ultimate avengers" Where Captain America / Obama" becomes president and the country is divided and torn asunder by a mad God/Speaker of the house "Modi/John Boehner" who tries to destroy "Obama/Captain America" with his political/god Like power. In the end both Presidents unite their country and live to fight again.
