To recap what I said about Mars in Aries… It especially impacts Aries, Cancer, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius and Capricorn folks. As you know physical energies run very high in Aries so line up some projects and specific goals. Start a new exercise program or add to your present routine. Do as much cardio as possible. If you don’t use the energy wisely you will be prone to quarrels, tantrums, moods, fevers, injuries and accidents. This is not meant to sound ominous. It just means get busy! Make yourself useful!
I’m pretty peeved today. I’d like to rant or have a tantrum. As a general Examiner rule I try not to talk too much about myself but I can’t resist sharing. And it’s not like I set myself up for self-fulfilling prophecies to happen under a tricky transit. But these are great illustrations of transiting Mars. You might see something of yourselves.
My computer didn’t start this morning. It took two tries. Scary. The poor thing is very old but it’s all I have. That was a bad sign. It set me to worrying already.
I called to check about my re-finance loan and got stonewalled for two more months because of one missing piece of information. Their fault not mine. Mercury retrograde! I thought I had managed to avoid the bad timing but since Mercury is still retrograde right now something held up the deal. It was so typical of Mercury, a gap in communications leading to a delay. Very annoying. Mercury may have had something to do with the computer issue too. I would not get so mad but I’ve got a short fuse today because of Mars. And being a Cancer I get very worried about financial things. They have to work out nice and neat or else. I hate waiting. And Cancer tends to worry about everything.
I started a group discussion on Linked In. I should not have picked today to do it. I’m super sensitive to criticism. I can feel the heat rising. But I need feedback about something and should be prepared to get disappointing information. It’s too late now. Take the replies with an open mind and learn something.
Here’s the thing. Squares mean a challenge or change of direction. It tests your patience and ability to adapt. Mars in Aries squares my Cancer planets, the Sun, Moon and Jupiter. That’s enough to put anyone in a nasty mood. It’s worse for Cancer women. And today Mars is exactly square to my natal Mars in Capricorn. It increases my aggravation level exponentially. But I’ve had worse days than this and have managed to stay in control by the time the transit passes. Luckily it only lasts about a week. During past Mars transits I’ve gotten into confrontations that came out of nowhere or I would burst into tears over some little thing.
I went out for a long walk. I feel much better. Maybe I’ll clean house. I’m not talking to anybody and I’m not getting in the car. All of you out there with birthdays near or after March 21, June 21, September 21 and December 21 check yourselves. If you’re cranky and things just aren’t going your way it’s probably Mars acting up with a little help from his accomplice Mercury, which is about to station anyway. This too shall pass.
