Most brides dream of a unique wedding the couple and their guests will never forget. Why not have your marriage ceremony performed at a haunted hotel? For the third year in a row, Hotel Congress, located in the “heart” of downtown Tucson, Arizona is making that dream come true. “Marry Me, Hotel Congress!” will be held on, Tuesday, February 14, 2011—romantic Valentine’s Day.
Who needs Las Vegas? Hotel Congress will offer a FREE quickie wedding/vow renewal/commitment ceremony to FIVE lucky couples on Valentine’s Day. The winning couples will tie the knot for FREE in the Copper Hall. You must apply in person at the front desk. Some restrictions may apply.
FIVE loving couples will be chosen from a pool of eager applicants to enjoy a non-denominational ceremony in the Copper Hall (from 11am to 7pm) with a heart-shaped cake for cutting and eating, bottle of champagne, fresh bouquet for the bride, wedding photo and complimentary print. (An optional honeymoon package includes a room at the haunted Hotel Congress and Valentine’s Day dinner for 2 at the Cup Café.)
Reservations are required and limited to only FIVE couples. Couples must be 21+ and must apply in person at the front desk at the Hotel Congress. Some restrictions may apply. For more information, contact Hotel Congress by calling 520-622-8848 ext. 203. Hurry! Don’t delay!
Not ready to make that commitment final? You can still wine and dine your favorite sweetheart at the Cup Café on Valentine’s Day for dinner. And don’t forget to leave room for the dessert! They will be serving Conversation Heart Cakes for two. Dinner will be served from 5 to 10pm.
Need a second honeymoon? Try one of the rooms of the old 1919 haunted hotel. Stay where the Dillinger gang once roamed the halls! What a great way to conduct your very own "haunted honeymoon" investigation.
