Last week, after a long anticipated wait. 2 critical cases, in the fight for marriage equality finally made their way to the Supreme Court. On Tuesday, March 26th Prop 8 was presented before the Supreme Court and the following day, the Supreme Court heard the case of DOMA (Defense of Marriage Act).
Now we wait. We wait to see what the Supreme Court will decide on these cases and how sweeping or narrow their decision will be as it affects marriage equality for all gays and lesbians across America.
