Chicago's largest non-profit Equity Latino theater company Teatro Vista is performing its world premiere production of White Tie Ball. On Friday, October 11, the 9th Annual Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration Global Latino Fest takes place at Germania Place in Chicago. Masters of Ceremonies Daniella Guzman, ABC news anchor, and Edna Schmidt, Telemundo news anchor, will showcase civic and business leaders at the event which features food, art, culture and entertainment of Latin America.
This year, Global Latino Fest will continue its tradition and support the Resurrection Project’s educational initiative La Casa which combines affordable housing with support services to help students least likely to graduate from college.
