This weekend, The Kennedy Center Mark Twain Prize for American Humor will honor Carol Burnett. Capital One Bank – in support of the Kennedy Center Mark Twain Prize – is taking to the streets to ask Washingtonians to share a laugh for a comedy legend.
From Thursday, October 17 – Saturday, October 19, the Capital One Bank #sharealaugh truck and a team of local comedians will crisscross the city looking to bring out smiles and peals of laughter from passersby and capturing the moments of laughter in photos.
The teams will also encourage people to upload their “laughing” photos with #sharealaugh to Twitter, Instagram or the Share A Laugh app on Facebook (www.facebook.com/capitaloneinvestingforgood).
Everyone who submits a photo with #sharealaugh will have a chance to win exciting prizes, including tickets to the 2014 Mark Twain Prize for American Humor Awards.
Carol Burnett made America laugh for many years and now fans will get to #sharealaugh with her.
