Mark Hunt destroys 7-foot-tall UFC giant with epic jaw-breaking ninja skills (Video)

According to a March 3 report from MMA Mania, Mark Hunt broke Stefan Struve's jaw at the March 2 UFC on Fuel TV 8 event in Tokyo, Japan.

The brutal victory over Struve moved Hunt closer to a title shot, as he extended his win-streak to four. Hunt earned the win at the 1:44 mark of the third-round, and it left him feeling like he deserves a shot at a top five heavyweight contender.

"I would like to fight as soon as possible - [against a] top five or whatever man," Hunt said following the Struve fight.

After the UFC on Fuel TV 8 fight, Struve tweeted "I wanted Herb to take the tooth out of my cheek and continue but then it turned out my jaw was broken."

Hunt faced a 13-inch height disadvantage against Struve, a 7-footer from the Netherlands.

"[Dean] told me to keep going, so I went in to try and finish it," Hunt said of the strange finish to the fight. "I don't know, whatever, I was kind of banged up, you know?"

Herb Dean, widely considered one of the best MMA refs of all-time, confused some as he appeared to want the Struve vs Hunt bout to continue after Struve fell to the canvas.

But a split-second later, Dean seemed to change his mind when he saw Struve was in a daze and not properly defending himself. Hunt shrugged it off, and was just happy to get the victory.

Either way, Hunt was happy just to be able to get back into the Octagon and figure out an opponent who had over a foot of height on him.

"Look man. after a year without fighting, it was hard to get somewhere even close to Stefan," Hunt said. "It's hard to gauge someone especially with a year off, and timing, and everything was off. ... Timing and a few other things, it went right."
