Mark Cuban fined $50,000 for tweet

Mark Cuban of "Shark Tank" has been fined $50,000 for a tweet that he sent out. On Jan. 8, Sports Illustrated reported that his public comment about the officiating has caused him this huge fine. Lucky for Mark he can afford it.

Mark threw up his hands during the game upset and then sent out the following tweet. It said: “I’m sorry NBA fans. I’ve tried for 13 years to fix the officiating in this league and I have failed miserably. Any suggestions? I need help.”. This was when the Mavericks lost to the Hornets.

Back in Feb., Mark Cuban was fined when he he made a comment during the game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. This new fine is his second one this year, but he had not been fined since 2010.

Since news of the fine came out, Mark Cuban hasn't been tweeting except for retweeting from other people. Are you shocked to hear that he was fined for the tweet? Sound off in the comments below.
