What an amazing catch, that resulted in an amazing feat.
White Sox pitcher Mark Buehrle has just thrown a perfect game going 27 up and 27 down against the Tampa Bay Rays, and none was more amazing then the 25th.
Dewayne Wise, having just been inserted into the game in CF, found himself flying back towards the fence on a Gabe Kapler tee-shot. Wise watched the ball the entire way as he flew towards the fence, leapt up, brought the ball back into the yard, juggled, stumbled and with his bare hand secured the ball for the first out in the ninth.
Absolutely incredible.
Congrats to Buehrle, Wise and the White Sox on perfection.
