Have you wanted to own your own piece of Gopher hockey history? The Gophers announced today that approximately 150 club-level seats will go on sale to the public on June 12. The sale will be first come, first serve and each seat will cost you forty dollars.
Any remaining inventory after June 12’s sale will be available for purchase at the Minnesota ReUse Center (883 29th Ave SE on the Twin Cities campus) on the first Saturday of the month from 12pm-4pm.
For more information about the University of Minnesota ReUse Program or the Mariucci Arena club-level seat sale, call 612-626-9152, email email@example.com, or visit www.facm.umn.edu/about/central-services/reuse.
Since opening doors in 1993 for an alumni game, Mariucci Arena has seen Minnesota go 290-113-45, including 48-10-6 since 2011-12. The Gophers only had one loss in nineteen games last season, which marked the program’s fewest losses ever in a season at the facility.
Before the building’s current iteration, Gopher hockey was headquartered at “Old” Mariucci Arena/Williams Arena, where the hockey side of “the Barn” now hosts gymnastics, wrestling, and volleyball while being named the Sports Pavilion.
