Marines urinating on Taliban condemned: Hillary Clinton and Leon Panetta (video)
On Jan. 12, 2012, learn top news followers in San Francisco, the United States Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, talked to the press about the video on Youtube that shows U.S. Marines urinating on the corpses of Taliban soldiers.

San Francisco resident, Carla Rupert, says: "Quite simply, those Marines should be punished."
“I want to express my total dismay at the story concerning our Marines,” stated Clinton who met with the Algerian Foreign Minister, Mourad Medelci.
Panetta denounced the actions of the soldiers. Clinton told press: “It is absolutely inconsistent with American values, with the standards of behavior that we expect from our military personnel.”
Panetta said he was outraged by the behavior: “I have seen the footage, and I find the behavior utterly deplorable... I condemn it in the strongest possible terms.”
According to USA Today, Clinton said those who participated would be held accountable and punished: “Anyone found to have participated or known about it, having engaged in such conduct, must be held fully accountable.”
The Marines have now been identified. The video shows them urinating on the bodies of dead Taliban fighters. One Marine says “Have a nice day, buddy.” while another says, “Golden, like a shower,”
Clinton spoke of wanting peace in Afghanistan: “The United States remains strongly committed to helping build a secure, peaceful, prosperous, democratic future for the people of Afghanistan, and we will continue to support efforts that will be Afghan-led and Afghan-owned to pursue the possibility of reconciliation and peace.”
