Marilyn Manson sues woman for claiming he is “pro-Nazi” among other things

Marilyn Manson is known for the weird and wild, but there seems to be someone out there that even he can't handle. He is currently suing Yolanda Thrape who not only claimed to be engage to the shock rocker, but also said he was “pro-Nazi.” Including the defamation, Thrape is also being sued for misappropriation of common law right of publicity, unlawful use of Manson's name for commercial advantage, and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress that finds the rocker seeking over $40,000.

The claims were revealed on January 29 at Los Angeles Superior Court where Manson says he does not know Thrape. Billboard reports that she told the court she is a musician and independent filmmaker. She also insists that Marilyn Manson is stalking her and even killed her two cats. There have no further updates regarding this case.
