A funeral service was held for Marie Osmond’s 18 year old son Michael Bryan in Provo, Utah.
His uncle, Donny Osmond, and six of his seven siblings along with a large number of mourners were also present at the funeral.
Michael was a first-year apparel manufacturing student at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles.
Michael died on Feb. 26 in an apparent suicide by jumping from the eighth floor of his apartment building, say the police. He had also left a note, the contents of which have not been released by the police.
He had been in rehabilitation since he was 16 and had been battling depression for most of his life.
“Thank you for those beautiful 18 years,” was all Marie Osmond had to say.
