“Anyone can be a miracle worker – anyone who chooses to be.” ~ A Year of Miracles

For the past thirty years, Marianne Williamson has been a formidable activist for divine feminine expression, social justice and spiritual growth.

Williamson is an internationally acclaimed author, lecturer and President of the Board of the Peace Alliance. She has published nine books, which include the bestseller, A Return to Love, Everyday Grace, A Woman's Worth, Illuminata, Healing the Soul of America, A Course in Weight Loss, The Gift of Change and The Law of Divine Compensation.

Considered to be a New Thought visioneer, Williamson has remained in the forefront of paving the way for millions to tap into the divine within themselves through her embodiment of the following:

  • How we think determines how we live.
  • If you change your thoughts, you can change your reality.
  • If you strive to put your best self forward, the universe responds, actively helping you, creating miracles that allow you to flourish.

Leveraging passion for social justice and her own divinity, Williamson is making her way onto the political forum with an independent candidacy for the U.S. House of Representatives from California's 33rd District. Stating, “America has swerved from its ethical center,” Williamson seeks to interject spirituality and common-sense decency into a decaying American political system.

According to Williamson, “Since the Civil War, America has recreated a virulent economic dynamic the likes of which, in part, we fought a War of Independence to be free of: A veritable aristocracy that, in keeping with its own self-declared entitlement, takes for the most part whatever it wants, and leaves the rest to us.”

“At a time in our history when gargantuan financial interests are allowed to flood political campaigns with contributions that dwarf the ability of average citizens to match, it is thoroughly reasonable both to question this unfortunate turn of events, and to take vigorous action to change it. If we're going to renegotiate our basic social contract from government "of the people, by the people, for the people," to government "of a few of the people, by a few of the people, for a few of the people," then at the very least this change should be accompanied by vigorous debate. For such a change, should it indeed become permanent, marks the end of the great democratic experiment that our ancestral geniuses bequeathed to us and for which so many have struggled and died.”

Williamson’s latest book, A Year of Miracles: Daily Devotions and Reflections, released in December 2013 is a collection of 365 spiritual readings, including masterful prayers, meditations, declarations, and affirmations—one for each day of the year—that offer guidance, support, and enlightenment to focus your thinking.

Marianne Williamson will speak at Agape International Spiritual Center, located at 5700 Buckingham Parkway in Culver City, at the 9:00am and 11:30am services. For those unable to attend in person, the event will be streamed live (free of charge) beginning at 9:00am through Agapelive.com.
She will also have a book signing following each service.
