Tuesday, news broke that a 20-year-old woman filed a lawsuit that claims that Justin Bieber fathered her 3-month old child, and the news has created an Internet buzz Wednesday morning; Justin Bieber’s agent has adamantly denied these claims. Many people are now asking just how old in Justin Bieber? He is 16-years-old. The woman, Mariah Yeateris demanding a paternity test to show that Bieber is the father; she said that she hooked up with Bieber backstage after a concert at the LA Staples Center in 2010.
Mariah Yeater from California filed the suit in October. Yeater has asked that Bieber provide "adequate support" for the 3-month-old child.
According to Yeater: "Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone. I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time."
A hearing has been set for December 15, 2011.
Tuesday, Bieber’s representative told TMZ: "While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims."
