Mariah Carey almost always dresses in an alluring way when out in public but the diva who can reach five octaves usually keeps away from wardrobe malfunctions. However, according to Us magazine on Feb. 27, this was not the case when the celebrated singer allegedly suffered a so-called nip slip while the "American Idol" judge was in Atlanta for a surprise appearance at the So So Def Concert.
While Mimi seems to be fond of overflowing strapless dresses, perhaps the one she chose for this event in Georgia over the past weekend was a bit too lusty. And apparently the costume was a bit too busty, too.
Because of this, Carey's breasts naturally spilled over the top of the skimpy cream colored frock. But, this dress was intended to be worn this way. However, when Mariah lifted up her arms to wave to an appreciative crowd, one of "the girls" allegedly popped out from its previous fabric-covered confinement.
Still, the nipple said to be exposed when this happened is hard to discern from the photographs and video taken during the east coast event that honored her collaborator and close friend, Jermaine Dupri. However, upon close inspection by certain pundits, the verdict is that Mariah did, indeed, suffer a dreaded full breast reveal that wasn't scheduled to happen.
That said, the now trending Mariah Carey wardrobe malfunction was watched with keen eyes as this singing sensation did her duty in Atlanta. In that case and because of the particular buxom beauty involved in the so-called nip slip, the sizzling Southern city in which she found herself truly did live up to this happening hub's Hotlanta nickname in a very big way.
