Mariah Carey is releasing a new single! Known for her Christmas vocal power, the entertainer is releasing a song in February and it isn't even for Valentine’s Day. On Wednesday, the songstress announced that she is part of Disney's upcoming movie Oz The Great and Powerful and will be releasing Almost Home.
“Mariah records "Almost Home" for Disney's Oz The Great and Powerful! Single to come out Feb. 19,” tweeted Mariah Carey from her official Twitter account. Putting the fans on notice, the buzz from the announcement has everyone elated that the music is flowing from Mariah Carey once again.
Of course fans are excited about Mariah Carey’s part, but Oz The Great and Powerful is creating its own buzz too. Fans can hardly wait to be enveloped into the story line and the promos have been extraordinaire in capturing the world’s attention.
With Mariah Cary singing Almost Home, it’s just another reason to hit the theaters when the movie comes out.
