Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon to perform at 2010 Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade

Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon will be among the special guest entertainment performing at Magic Kingdom for Walt Disney World’s segment of the 2010 Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade.

Mariah Carey confirmed the couple’s appearance in a Nov. 23 phone interview with Radio Disney when promoting her recently released “Merry Christmas II” album. (Listen to the interview at Mariah Daily Journal.)

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon will perform for this year’s annual parade, which is annual television event that celebrates the Christmas holiday. Although their set list for the Disney Christmas parade taping has not been confirmed, the couple is scheduled to appear on Dec. 3, 2010 to record their appearances. That date, of course, is subject to change based on weather conditions and so forth, but Walt Disney World has already filled extras spots for the taping. 

Nick Cannon has already participated in the taping of the Disneyland segment of the Disney Parks Christmas Parade early in November. He will host that segment, appearing along with Selena Gomez and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy and “Dancing with the Stars” professionals.

Ryan Seacrest will serve as the host of the Walt Disney World segment of the 2010 Disney Parks Christmas Parade.

Although the Walt Disney World segment of the Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade will be filmed next weekend, the show will broadcast ABC television affiliates on Dec. 25, 2001.

• Eastern Time Zone: 12 p.m. 2 p.m.
• Central Time Zone: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
• Mountain Time Zone: 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
• Pacific Time Zone: 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
• Los Angeles: 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.
