Mariah Carey has announced that and she and husband Nick Cannon are expecting during a pre-taped interview segment with "Access Hollywood" host Billy Bush. They are expecting in the spring.
Carey's has an upcoming holiday project called Merry Christmas II You due out November 2. The II represents the follow-up to 1994′s multi-platinum Merry Christmas album, which contained the now-classic “All I Want for Christmas Is You.” The album will include original material as well as covers of holiday classics.
An accompanying DVD will also be released the same day and Carey recently shot a video for the first single "Oh Santa". The song debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Holiday Digital Songs while her song"All I Want for Christmas is You" is No 2.
Carey will be making promotional appearances next week on The George Lopez show and a TV Christmas special that will be filmed in Los Angeles.
