Stand-up comedian Margaret Cho, is returning to the Island for shows at the Hawaii Theatre. Cho keeps herself very busy with comedy tours, television appearances, film work and writing.
Cho's in your face style of comedy mixed with funny anecdotes about her very traditional Korean family (Mother) is always funny and charming, without being offensive.
This is Cho's third appearance. Her current "Mother Tour" will be making a stop at the Hawaii Theater, on Feb. 8-9, and on Maui, Feb. 9, 2013
Cho finished shooting a new movie, "Wedding Palace" directed by Christine Yoo. The movie is a romantic comedy, and will be in theaters on April 12, 2013.
Cho had a recurring role on the TV show "Drop Dead Diva" she appeared in six episodes of in show 2012. Cho also did a short feature film in 2012, "The Immigrant." Margaret Cho has made over 200 appearances on various TV shows, short films and movies.
