The Ultimate Fighter 10: The Heavyweights Finale went off live from the Pearl at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas tonight on Spike TV. A night of surprisingly exciting fights, the results and main card play-by-play can be seen here.

Kimbo Slice vs. Houston Alexander was probably the most anticipated match up of the evening, but there were other intrigueing, as well as exciting fights on the card.
