Marco Rubio throws a tantrum because few agree with him on some issues

Recently, Marco Rubio took the podium and told anyone willing to listen that denying gay marriage did not make him a bigot, denying women a choice did not make him a chauvinist, and tells that he thinks that the existence of global warming is still debatable. Well Marco, the definition of bigotry according to Wikipedia is, “Bigotry is the state of mind of a bigot: someone who, as a result of their prejudices, treats other people with hatred, contempt, and intolerance on the basis of a person's race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, religion, language, socioeconomic status, or other status.” It seems that Marco’s photo should adorn this entry so people could see what a bigot actually looks like.

Marco feels that democrats and others don’t respect him or his opinions although he supposedly claims he respects theirs. First of all, being a public servant, which is what you are Marco, regardless of your personal bank account, means you have to be able to handle the heat when people disagree with you. Disrespect and disagreement is not synonymous, though he seems to think they are. How much attention did he pay at the University of Miami Law School? Google could teach him a lot and bring him out of the dark ages, if he even knows how to use a computer.

The job of a public servant or government official is to represent the majority opinion of the voters, not their own personal agenda, and yes Marco, the majority of the people of the United States of America disagree with you now! Even in the southern the majority of the population agrees that same-sex marriage should be legal, and that every American should be afforded equal protection under the law. Isn’t that what they taught you in school Mr. Rubio, or is that one of the days you decided not to pay attention, because you disagreed with it. The Equal Protection clause of the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution requires each state to provide equal protection under the law to all people within its jurisdiction, not just straight white bigots like you. Are you even straight Marco Rubio or just in the closet still?
