Tomorrow, Italian jewelry designer Marco Bicego will be at the Denver Neiman Marcus showcasing his latest collection. He combines Old World craftsmanship with modern fashion sensibility to create stunning jewelry.
Marco’s father was a goldsmith in Italy’s Veneto region and spent years perfecting his craft. It is no surprise that his favorite material to work with is gold.
"Almost all of our collections are crafted from 18kt yellow gold. We will always design using gold as it's intrinsic to our brand DNA and my personal goldsmithing heritage," said Marco. "In many of my new collections, you will see a lot of use of color in sapphires and semi-precious stones"
Marco Bicego launched his jewelry company in 2000 and it has been extremely successful. The world-renowned jewelry designer distributes to more than 350 fine jewelry retailers in North American, along with a number of shops-in-shops and flagship stores in across the world.
The beautiful, bold collection will make a statement for an evening event or every day wear. Marco’s finds his inspiration from a number of places and you will feel inspired while wearing his pieces.
"I draw inspiration from the beauty I find in my everyday life; colors in nature, architectural design, and I imagine what my clients want to wear next! " said Marco. "'Also, I am very inspired by the places I travel to, and often, I name my collections after the destination that has inspired me- Jaipur, Africa and Murano."
