St. Patrick’s Day wouldn’t be complete without parades and festivities complete with bagpipes, corned beef, green clothing and trinkets. Check out these festivities which will take place throughout the Bay Area.

San Francisco
On Saturday morning San Francisco’s St. Patrick’s Day parade kicks off at 11:30 a.m. starting on the corner of Market and 2nd Streets and will come to an end at the Civic Center Plaza.

On Saturday, at the Dublin Civic Center Plaza, families can enjoy music, food, dancing and rides in celebration of its 31st St. Patrick’s Day celebration.

The parade starts at 9:30 a.m. from Amador Plaza and Dublin Blvd. to Village Parkway and Amador Valley Blvd.

On Sunday they will hold their “Shamrock 5k Fun Run & Walk” which starts at 8:30 a.m. beginning on Dublin Blvd. at Civic Plaza.

If you're in the mood for a nice drive up north, Healdsburg has their annual St. Patrick's Day celebration. Visitors can enjoy a community event full of green-clad, Irish revelry and the traditional corned beef meal which will be offered around 3 or 4 p.m. inside the bar of John and Zeke's Bar located at 420 Healdsburg Avenue in Healdsburg. On Saturday, Danville has their 9th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Party: Leprechaun & Bag Pipers starting at 11 a.m. to late night. They claim to have the best St. Patrick’s Day celebrations this side of the Rainbow! The party will be at Norm's Place located at 356 Hartz Avenue in Danville. Contact phone is 925-552-6676.
