If you would like to try your luck, look no further. Animal Rescue Foundation is offering their cats that are seven months or older for $77. The fees have been subsidized for this two month period in order to find some very lovely animals their forever home.
Although this fabulous local rescue organization is offering these special fees, the animals will still be well taken care of before you get them. All of ARF-IL’s regular adoption policies and health checks remain in place. There may be some restrictions that do apply, however.
Begin your search for a fluffy friend first by visiting the ARF website. Fill out the adoption application on line to begin. Before you submit the paperwork, however you will want to have browsed their adoptable kitty lineup. To date, Animal Rescue Foundation has about 30 kitties to choose from. These cats, at least, have been pretty fortunate. Even though their backgrounds vary and some of their histories are pretty negative, they are safe and being well cared for. Now all they need is you!
When felines are not as fortunate, they may end up in kill shelters, in abusive situations until death or out on the street and feral. The less control we yield in this type of situation, the worse that the future looks for the felines and the more non-feline lovers resent the implications of an overcrowded cat world.
What ARF and similar rescue organizations are doing throughout the state is giving cats the opportunity to live in a household where they are loved and appreciated. Rescues are ordinarily 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organizations that do their work for the love of the animals.
In order to save lives, they begin their work by spaying or neutering the animals that they come into contact with thus eliminating the prospect for more homeless animals. They vet the animals and make certain that they are up-to-date on their required vaccinations. Then special individuals step in and allow rescue organization like ARF the occasion to give these potential pets a chance for the love that they rightly deserve.
If you are in search of a new feline companion, thank your lucky stars that Animal Rescue Foundation, Illinois is local and that they have the kitty that is right for you. Contact them by the end of April to make sure you get the kitty of your dreams. Go for the gold!
