I’m excited to announce that March Communications has joined the Pub Club’s board and I have taken on the role of VP of Programs for 2013-2014 year. I will be working with fellow Pub Club board directors and members to develop and promote the Pub Club’s educational, inspiring programs.

The first event is on Thursday, September 26th from 6-8 p.m. at The Bell in Hand Tavern in Boston’s Faneuil Hall. Larry Weber will be the evening’s guest speaker. Larry will discuss “Social Media 2.0,” and chart the evolution of social media networks from standalone, haphazard communications channels to fully integrated elements of powerful PR campaigns.

He’ll also discuss effective content marketing strategies for social media today, as well as different platforms that can help businesses take social to the next level. A frequent speaker on the future of marketing, Larry is also a published author. He’s currently working on his fifth book, “The Digital Marketer: Ten New Skills You Must Learn to Stay Relevant and Customer-Centric.”

Stay tuned on our blog or Pub Club’s events page for the latest events and updates.

We hope to see you on September 26th!
