March for Babies 2013 is approaching fast but there is still time to sign up for this amazing walk! Proceeds from March for Babies will benefit the March of Dimes mission to ensure that every baby receives a healthy start in life! Has your life been touched by prematurity? As a Mission Mom myself, my family has been participating in March for Babies since 2001. Loss and grief are what began our March for Babies journey, and today, we continue to walk, to celebrate the triumphs of our three premature babies!

The March for Babies walk is stroller/family friendly. The March of Dimes is celebrating it's 75th Anniversary at each March for Babies walk site, with all family teams, individual walkers and volunteers! There will be delicious food, fun children's activities and at some locations, a live band!
When you register online, you will have a personal March for Babies fundraising page that you will send to your friends and family, asking them to sponsor you and/or walk on your March for Babies team. The March of Dimes encourages each participant to set a fundraising goal. There is not a registration fee to sign up to walk.
The money you raise for healthier babies is important! Your dedication to fundraise allows the March of Dimes to continue lifesaving work in NICU's across the country and to also continue community programs for expectant mother's and their babies. There is an incentive program to say thank you! When you raise $350 or more for March for Babies, you’ll receive a $15 gift card to your choice of either Kmart or Macy’s. If you raise $500, you will receive a $25 gift card, ect. What a fantastic way to raise money for a great cause and be rewarded with a gift card!
