March 2014 newsletter for Logos Bookstore of Hawaii is out

The March 2014 e-newsletter was emailed to the Logos Bookstore of Hawaii distribution list last night. It contains the ten new books and DVD titles, upcoming Christian events being promoted, as well as new products and useful tools for Lent and Easter.

With Lent just a few days away, there is a slight push for consumers to focus on "giving up" something in self-denial for the 46 days between Lent and Easter. Most often you hear of people giving up meats on Fridays. But, these people replace the meat with a luxury of seafood. Actually, it should be that we give up something(s) in a self-denial, a sacrifice, to focus more on our relationship with God.

In the Logos Bookstore of Hawaii e-newsletter, there is an advertisement for Resurrection Eggs. These eggs are in a carton and each egg contains something quite significant for the days leading up to Easter. It's a great visual for children of all ages.

Also, a couple local writers have books featured in this Logos Bookstore of Hawaii e-newsletter. This is a fantastic way for local writers who have published new books to be advertised locally. Where else would you learn this fantastic information?
