Despite Miley Cyrus' recent popularity, it seems not everyone is eager to work with her. According to an article published by Women's Wear Daily on Jan. 9, a photographer who is known to work with Marc Jacobs recently refused to shoot the 21-year-old pop star.
Women's Wear Daily reports that when Jacobs chose to feature Cyrus in his spring 2014 campaign Juergen Teller, who usually photographs Jacobs' collections, bowed out. Jacobs told reporters that Teller “just didn't want to shoot her,” and explained that he has worked with Teller for years and loves him “as an artist.”
This isn't the first time Cyrus has posed in a campaign for Jacobs. In July 2013 Cyrus tweeted a photo of herself baring it all for Jacobs' “Protect The Skin You're In” campaign, which raises money for skin cancer research.
In 2013 Cyrus managed to shock critics with her over-the-top VMA performance, excite fans with her new album titled “Bangerz,” and break records with music videos like “Wrecking Ball.” It remains to be seen what the young mega star has in store for the in 2014.
