The court battle between Anthony and his ex-wife Dayanara Torres has been settled after Anthony was ordered to pay $26,000 a month in child support fees. On Thursday a Los Angeles county court judge ruled that Anthony must provide this support for his two sons, Christian Anthony Muniz and Ryan Anthony Muniz.

Torres, who is a former Miss Universe, was fighting for a significant increase in her monthly payments after claiming that Anthony's income had increased dramatically since they settled their divorce and custody issues back in 2004. Anthony already has been paying $18,000 a month in support for the twins, Max and Emme, which he had with his third ex-wife, Jennifer Lopez.

Torres was originally asking that the child support from Anthony be raised from $13,400 a month to $123,426, but she was denied this request reports E! Online. Torres told the court that 10 years have passed since she was divorced from Anthony and her needs have changed. Torres has estimated that she also needs between $4,000-$7,000 a month for a nanny and housekeeper.

Torres has also received a house in Florida, a BMW, a Lincoln Navigator, a golf club membership, and a vacation budget from Anthony along with $70,000 for her legal fees. This kind of money flying around in Anthony's divorce settlements is likely to attract a lot more people to the entertainment industry.
