Green's father is fashion mogul, Sir Philip Green. He owns Topshop, which FOX News writes is "the British equivalent of H&M."
Green and Anthony were spotted at Disneyland in Anaheim Wednesday when they took Anthony's five-year-old twins -- Max and Emme -- around the theme park. The pair reached "couple status" after their debut with Anthony and Lopez's children.
