Breaking records in online marketing with over 100,000 Facebook invitations to their amazing Unleash The Power marathon conference, The Basement Crew marketing & sales team of experts blazed new trails in the world of networking. A myriad of speakers with a wealth of knowledge graced the podium on Wednesday 9am until Thursday 3am - for a continuous 18 hours! Speakers shared their expertise in marketing, sales, social media, finance and more!
One of the highlights of the conference came from networking genius and African American wealth educator, George Fraser. Having fostered networking concepts and practices to a new level in the international business community, in my opinion, Fraser is the “Father of Networking" for African Americans entrepreneurs. Fraser imparted knowledge, wisdom and valuable networking ideas to the audience in the room and online through a live webcast.
Who is The Basement Crew? They are a group of qualified, experienced professionals combining their talents to organize and run an informative, beneficial, interactive and entertaining business conference. Trevor Otts, formed the collaboration of experts to share their knowledge and skills with the business community. The group members include marketing pro Trevor Otts, sales guru Che Brown, app wizard Eric Izzard & social media specialist Keisha Lewis.
The Unleashing The Power conference was held at the CEO Business Cafe in Greenbelt Maryland. The cafe, which is owned by Rick and Odessa Hopkins, gives business owners an economical, reliable, comfortable and professional environment to hold their business meetings, events and office.
While it is hard to find one pearl to share from this experience, the greatest revelation is the power and success we can all have by working together. The Basement crew proved it can work.
