From Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton, the twisted writers of Saw IV, V, VI and VII, comes the action horror film The Collection directed by Dustan. In this sequel to The Collector (2009), Josh Stewart reprises his role as Arkin O’Brien and is joined by Emma Fitzpatrick, Lee Tergesen and Christopher McDonald.
When Elena is taken by her friends to an underground warehouse party, they find themselves caught in a macabre series of contraptions created by a twisted madman who “collects” humans. As they are mowed, sliced and crushed in in a booby-trapped house of horrors, Elena becomes the only sole survivor. However before she can escape, she is captured in a trunk by the monster and taken to an undisclosed location.
Now Elena’s only hope of rescue lies with Arkin O’Brien, the only man who previously escaped the killer’s clutches. Coerced by a team of mercenaries hired by Elena’s wealthy father, Arkin must lead them to the Collector’s lair. Entering an abandoned hotel-turned-torture-chamber, will the hardened warriors be able to survive the deadly traps and the unthinkable horror that awaits them? And will Arkin be able to outwit the Collector a second time and save Elena before they both become part of his gruesome collection?
