The Carrie Diaries (The CW, 8 p.m.) – “The Great Unknown” – When Dorrit (Stefania Owen) goes missing under Carrie's (AnnaSophia Robb) watch, Carrie lashes out at Sebastian (Austin Butler), the one person who can help her find Dorrit. Mouse (Ellen Wong) butts heads with West (guest star RJ Brown), a popular jock who, much to her chagrin, stole her spot as number one in the class. Walt (Brendan Dooling) surprises himself when he confides in someone completely unexpected. Meanwhile, Tom (Matt Letscher) finds himself in uncharted territory when it comes to women and turns to Larissa (Freema Agyeman) for advice.

The Biggest Loser (NBC, 8 p.m.) – “Down to the Wire” – It’s down to the final five and the stakes have never been higher. This week, a red line will determine which contestant is going home, and a yellow line will determine which two players America will vote for to determine who the third finalist will be for season 14. But first, the contestants compete for a weigh-in advantage during a “put their weight back on” challenge, pulling all the weight they have lost up a mountain by sled, and then dropping weights incrementally representing how many pounds they lost each week. Kid participants Biingo, Lindsay, and Sunny return to the ranch and see just how far they’ve come watching videos of their journeys alongside the trainers, and later get an update from child obesity expert and pediatrician Dr. Joanna Dolgoff on their great progress. The adult contestants also watch emotional highlights of their weight loss journeys and get impressive health updates from Dr. H. Then it’s time for the last weigh-in on the ranch, determining who is sent home and who the final four players are for season 14.

Switched at Birth (ABC Family, 8 p.m.) – "Introducing the Miracle" – Daphne (Katie Leclerc) and the students of Carlton School for the Deaf find out if their protest will keep the school open, and deaf. Lana (Annie Ilonzeh) goes into labor, Toby (Lucas Grabeel) makes a surprise announcement, and John's (D.W. Moffett) campaign for office ends unexpectedly. Meanwhile, an intoxicated Regina (Constance Marie) shows up at Angelo's (Gilles Marini). And, will Emmett (Sean Berdy) tell Bay (Vanessa Marano) about the kiss between Daphne and Noah (Max Lloyd-Jones)?

The Following (FOX, 9 p.m.) – “Welcome Home” – The FBI assigns a new team leader to Carroll’s case, which doesn’t sit well with either Ryan (Kevin Bacon) or Parker (Annie Parisse). Meanwhile, Carroll himself (James Purefoy) meets with a follower from his past.

Dallas (TNT, 9 p.m.) – “J.R.’s Masterpiece” – J.R. (Larry Hagman) meets his end, and as the Ewing family tries to unite to mourn, colorful characters from his past reunite. However, before too long, more shocking news is revealed. Who killed J.R. this time!?
