For Friday, March 1st 2013 LA TV Insider Examiner recommends:
Nikita (The CW, 8 p.m.) – “With Fire” – After Birkhoff (Aaron Stanford) gets a tip from Shadowbot that Ari (guest star Peter Outerbridge) is in NY, Nikita (Maggie Q) and Owen (Devon Sawa) swoop in to pick him up before the FBI does. However, Ari reveals he planned everything for a chance to talk to Nikita. He tells her that Amanda (Melinda Clarke) has gone too far and is working with a terrorist who plans an attack on American soil. Ari wants fifty million dollars for the information that could lead to the terrorist’s (Peter Marek) capture. Nikita and Michael are stunned when Ryan (Noah Bean) considers paying the bribe. Meanwhile, Sean (Dillon Casey) is jealous of Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) and Owen’s relationship.
Touch (FOX, 9 p.m.) – “Eye to Eye” – Jake (David Mazouz) and Amelia (Saxon Sharbino) are suddenly on their own, heading to a predetermined meeting place, but Martin (Kiefer Sutherland) and Lucy (Maria Bello) learn crucial information during their own search for their kids.
Spartacus: War of the Damned (STARZ, 9 p.m.) – “Blood Brothers” – Spartacus (Liam McIntyre) puts a plan in motion to weaken Crassus’ (Simon Merrells) forces and gain the upper hand. Betrayal threatens to foil the plan.
Banshee (Cinemax, 10 p.m.) – “We Shall Live Forever” – While a suspicious Gordon (Rus Blackwell) is determined to uncover the truth about Carrie’s past, she implores Lucas (Anthony Starr) to let go of his, and Rebecca (Lili Simpson) asks Proctor (Ulrich Thomsen) to help her get a fresh start after she is tossed out of her home.
Portlandia (IFC, 10 p.m.) – “Blackout” – In the third season finale, the mayor’s office declines to pay the electric bill, and the entire city goes dark because of it.
