
If you enjoy raisin bread, give this pudding a try! This will fill your house up with the smell of goodness.
Maple Caramel Bread Pudding
- 8 slices cinnamon raisin bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg white
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 ½ cups milk (not skim)
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ tsp salt
- Caramel ice cream topping
Preheat oven to 350*.
Line a square baking dish (8x8) with no-stick foil.
Cut bread into cubes. Place into dish.
Beat eggs and sugar together.
Add in milk, syrup, spice and salt.
Toss to coat bread.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until the center is set.
Serve with caramel topping.
