There is a new baby on the way for Eli and Abby as Manning's wife is expecting. The couple's new addition is due in June, and the baby will join daughter Ava Frances, 2. Us Weekly shared the details on March 20.
Eli broke the news to Us Weekly exclusively Wednesday, when asked if he and his wife Abby were considering having any more children. The new baby will join Ava and cousins Mosley and Marshall, who were born to Ashley and Peyton Manning just days after Ava's birth in 2011. So far while fans now know that Manning's wife is expecting, the gender is under wraps and Eli didn't indicate whether they themselves knew.
As for Eli Manning's play with the New York Giants, he shared this week that he is open to a contract restructuring if it helps the team bring Victor Cruz back for the coming season. ESPN shared the details on this one, but Eli says he has not been approached by the team yet. However, he says he is “always up for listening and doing whatever is best for the team” to help them win.
