Mandy Moore exits 'Pulling' pilot on ABC

Mandy Moore exits "Pulling" pilot on ABC, according to an exclusive Mar. 8, 2013 report by Deadline. The beautiful young singer and actress was slated to appear in the situation comedy, but that is no longer the case. So fans of Moore will have to look elsewhere for her next project.

As the news breaks that Mandy Moore exits the pilot, the IMDb still lists the star as one of the show's cast members. Although the site doesn't specify the character she was supposed to portray, Deadline reported that Moore was slated to play the role of Louise, one of three 30-somethings. Moore's talents did not mesh with her hungry-for-a-husband character, so she graciously agreed to step aside and allow the project to continue without her.

Although fans may be disappointed to hear the news that Mandy Moore exits the pilot, "Pulling" producers have had nothing but kind words to say about the actress, praising Moore's professionalism and willingness to put the show's success above her own interests.
