As the news breaks that Mandy Moore exits the pilot, the IMDb still lists the star as one of the show's cast members. Although the site doesn't specify the character she was supposed to portray, Deadline reported that Moore was slated to play the role of Louise, one of three 30-somethings. Moore's talents did not mesh with her hungry-for-a-husband character, so she graciously agreed to step aside and allow the project to continue without her.
Although fans may be disappointed to hear the news that Mandy Moore exits the pilot, "Pulling" producers have had nothing but kind words to say about the actress, praising Moore's professionalism and willingness to put the show's success above her own interests.
