Multiple Manchester police officers responded to 150 Dow Street for a report of a large party over the weekend. Upon the officers’ arrival, numerous party goers fled the scene, however, four individuals were caught and arrested, according to a Monday, Feb. 24, 2014 press release by Manchester Police.
The following people were arrested:
Olivia Fitzwater-Duran, 20, of 302 Auburn Street, Manchester
Kendall Lennartson, 19, of 312 Spruce Street, Manchester
Shanice Martin, 18, of 395 Bartlett Street, Manchester
Fitzwater-Duran is charged with the felony, Possession of a Controlled Drug (heroin). She, Lennartson and Martin were each charged with the violation, Criminal Trespass. All three arrested subjects were transported to Manchester Police headquarters and the fourth, Jonah Sanborn, 19, of 27 Leo Street, Manchester was released on a white summons and is charged with the violation, Criminal Trespass.
Police said, officers responded to 150 Dow Street just before 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, February, 22, 2014 and learned that Fitzwater-Duran, Lennartson, Martin and Sanborn did not have permission to be on the premises. They were charged accordingly.
During the booking process, Fitzwater-Duran was found to be in possession of a small amount of heroin, therefore, she was charged with the drug offense.
