Manchester Police officers responded to the area of Pearl and Hall Streets at approximately 9:19 p.m. Friday for a report of a gunshot. Upon arrival, the officers spoke with witnesses who reported seeing two suspicious males coming from the area of 377 Pearl Street shortly after hearing a gunshot.
According to a Manchester Police press release, officers went to investigate further and discovered a vehicle in the driveway at 377 Pearl Street that had sustained damage as a result of a gunshot. As they continued checking the area, the officers located a 33 year old male who had suffered a gunshot wound to his right thigh. The victim told police that he had been shot and robbed while in his apartment at 377 Pearl Street.
The victim whose injuries were non-life threatening, described the suspect who shot him as a dark skinned, heavy set Hispanic male, who was dressed in all black clothing. The victim said a black male, who he described as being approximately 6 feet tall and 260 pounds was with the shooter. This man also was dressed in all black.
