A statement released Tuesday by Manchester Police said that officers charged Travis Jubrey, 34, of Manchester, with Disorderly Conduct two days in a row.

Police stated that on Saturday, Jan. 18, 2014, Officer Casey Finn was dispatched to SPCFC Fried Chicken, at 990 Elm Street for a report of a man acting disorderly inside of the restaurant at approximately 1:30 a.m.

Upon his arrival, Officer Finn asked Jubrey several times to stop using profanities inside the restaurant and was then asked to leave. When Jubrey refused to leave, Officer Finn instructed him to walk outside. Jubrey complied and walked outside, but slammed the door on Officer Finn while continuing to yell and swear at no one in particular. Based on his loud and boisterous actions, Officer Finn placed Jubrey into custody and charged him with Disorderly Conduct.

The previous day, Friday, Jan. 17th at approximately 0130AM, Jubrey was engaged in similar behavior across the street from the Drynk, on Old Granite Street while yelling and swearing at someone in the crowd.

On this occasion, Officer Benjamin Foster asked Jubrey several times to vacate the area and refrain from yelling and swearing. Due to the fact that Jubrey refused, he was issued a summons (violation) for Disorderly Conduct.
