Manchester City could see their summer transfer plans falling together nicely as Napoli star forward Ezequiel Lavezzi reportedly has demanded a move from the club according to TalkSport.

Lavezzi has been part of the three man power house, alongside Edinson Cavani and Marek Hamsik that has led the club back to Europe and to within sight of Serie A glory once again.

However, a recent bust up with the club brass has scene Lavezzi riled enough to demand a transfer this summer.

After being benched before the clubs vital match with Palermo, which they won 2-0, earlier this week Lavezzi no longer wishes to have a place at the club.

The Argentine has numerous clubs, including Manchester City, that are believed to be interested in his services.

TalkSportclaims that he will be allowed to leave as long as the £30 million buy-out clause of his contract is met.

AC Milan are rumored to be interested in making a player plus cash deal, but Napoli are expected to only want a cash transaction.

French clubs Paris Saint Germain as well as Russian Premier League giants Anzhi and Zenit St. Petersburg, are all expected to be clubs willing to drop the cash to land the talented South American.
