Announcing our New Northern Virginia scrapbook weekend retreat right in the heart of northern VA.
September 18-21, 2013 Begins 10:00 am Thursday until 4 p.m. Sunday
Prizes all weekend including 3 grand prizes (1 to include a free scrapbook weekend retreat) layout contest, smores' making each night, vendors, classes/make-n-takes, scrapbook store nearby for your shopping needs/wants and fun.
We have changed hotel locations due to continued increase at our regular Fredericksburg location and they're unwillingness to work with our group.
You will be pleased with this wonderful hotel in Manassa, Va. We do have ample rooms reserved at a group rate of $79.00 per room per night (2 per room max) You have until August 29, 2013 to make the reservations
Please make the reservations directly by calling the hotel directly at number listed above, and not on-line to receive the discounted rate.
There are plenty of restaurants around we could make group arrangements for a place of choice I'm sure for eating if desired. You will be provided with a hot breakfast daily free with your overnight hotel stay
Also with this rate you will each receive the ample space for cropping.(6'x3' guaranteed) All other amenities included with the previous retreats will be the same with prizes, seating arrangements, etc
Note: Due to the 6' cropping space extra tables nor shelves cannot be brought in unless authorized by me. Vendors contact me right away to reserve vendor space.
