A man believed to be responsible for binding a dog's muzzle and legs with duct-tape, has been charged with animal cruelty.
According to Tuesday's WNEP News, Russell Seese, 26, of Greentown, Pa., was charged with cruelty-to-animals by officials with the Pennsylvania Humane Society.
According to Neagle.com, dog was discovered, bound in the duct-tape, on Friday morning in an out-building at the man's residence.
The rescued dog, described as a Labrador/pit bull mix, was taken to a veterinarian for treatment where she is reported to be recovering.
No word on the possible motive for the cruel act.
