A Pennsylvania man is admitting that he is responsible for the death of Samantha Heller. On Saturday, New York Daily News shared about her death and how it happened. Benjamin Klinger is now behind bars for the death of Samantha. The first way he tried to kill her didn't work so he had to do something else.

First off he had a deliberate high speed car crash. He as 21-years-old, but she was just 17. Reports are that he was physically and verbally abusive to her. Back in December of 2012, he ran into a guard rail on purpose trying to kill her. It didn't work out so he then sat on her head to take her life.

He is admitting to her death being his fault. Benjamin said that he takes "full responsibility for the loss of a very special person." Benjamin will be behind bars for a while also facing charges for drugs and for sending sexually explicit photos of a minor. The mother of Samantha Heller spoke out saying her heart has been broken by this loss.
