Man sues wife, claims 'ugly' baby born horrifies him

Get this: a Chinese man sued his wife over their ugly baby recently. Apparently the "beautiful" couple could not have produced a child together, who "horrifies" the man. He was awarded $120,000 after a court learned the woman never mentioned having plastic surgery before their marriage. If China's one-child rule is still in play, there go their chances.

Jian Feng, according to a Local10 news report on November 2, is the man who sued his wife for their ugly baby.

According to court documents, when Feng's wife gave birth to their baby girl, he was immediately startled by the child's appearance. He referred to the infant as "extremely ugly."

Suspecting his wife had an affair -- after all, they are both "beautiful" -- he filed for divorce and demanded a paternity test. While the results proved the Chinese man was the father, the wife confessed to having cosmetic surgery in South Korea prior to getting married.

The man then sued his wife over the ugly baby and for duping him into thinking her stunning looks was natural. A male judge agreed and awarded him damages for his pain and suffering, according to EnStarz. Imagine that?

Feng told the Irish Times his reasons for filing the lawsuit against his wife and their "ugly" child.

"I married my wife out of love, but as soon as we had our first daughter, we began having marital issues. Our daughter was incredibly ugly, to the point where it horrified me."

Plastic surgery is common in western countries and is growing in popularity overseas in countries like South Korea.

At the end of the day with this bizarre tale, the child winds up the loser. Can you imagine what the child will think or do when she is old enough to learn about her parent's behavior?

The man who sued his spouse for their ugly child should realize that beauty is only skin-deep. China's one child policy should apply to this man, who is clearly not fit to be a father, right?
