Here is one of those stories you just cannot pass up! Mark Parisi is so enamored with the Nissan 370Z roadster that he is willing to part with one of his testicles for $35,000 so that he can purchase his dream ride.
Over the years, Parisi, who is somewhat of a guinea pig has involved himself in quite a number of clinical studies which have paid off in a big way. The Las Vegas man, who actually took part in an Ebola study that fetched him a not-too-shabby $5,000 a week, claims to have pocketed $150,000 over a two-year period for participating in scientific research projects.
As to why Parisi would reveal his latest mind-numbing venture to the world on the daytime series "The Doctors" and so blatantly proclaim, that he'd be willing to lose a testicle for a sports car is unfathomable.
As far as which 370Z the marketer for an upscale coffee shop and bakery has his eye on is under wraps for now.
The Nissan 370Z's base price is $29,990, it has aggressive styling and offers a 3.5 liter engine that puts out 332-horsepower, 270 lb-ft of torque and produces straight-line performance on par with V8-powered American muscle coupes.
Parisi is probably salivating however over the 370Z Nismo, the most powerful Z engine ever with its aggressively tuned suspension and a 3.7 liter engine that cranks out 350 horses and 276 lb-ft of torque.
Sad to say however, the Nismo's sticker of $43,020 however is a smidge above Parisi's testicle paycheck.
But the question still remains, is a car worth the sale of one's testicle?
